| 2017-16848 | Channel Sharing Rules | Rule | In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) announces that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved, for a period of three years, the information collections associated with the Commission's decision, in Report and Order, Channel Sharing by Full Power and Class A Stations Outside of the Broadcast Television Spectrum Incentive Auction Context. Specifically, OMB has approved the Commission's rules that require that sharing stations: file applications for construction permit and license to implement their channel sharing arrangement (CSA); that they include a copy of their CSA with their construction permit application; and that they provide notice of their CSA to multichannel video programming distributors (MVPDs). OMB also approved changes to the Commission's Form 2100 Schedules A, B, C, D, E and F to implement these changes.
