Specifically, OMB has approved the Commission's rules that require that sharing stations: file applications for construction permit and license to implement their channel sharing arrangement (CSA); that they include a copy of their CSA with their construction permit application; and that they provide notice of their CSA to multichannel video programming distributors (MVPDs). OMB also approved changes to the Commission's Form 2100 Schedules A, B, C, D, E and F to implement these changes.
