An act to amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit video voyeurism in the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States, and for other purposes. S. 2657. An act to amend part III of title 5, United States Code, to provide for the establishment of programs under which supplemental dental and vision benefits are made available to Federal employees, retirees, and their dependents, to expand the contracting [[Page S12096]] authority of the Office of Personnel Management, and for other purposes. S. 2781. An act to express the sense of Congress regarding the conflict in Darfur, Sudan, to provide assistance for the crisis in Darfur and for comprehensive peace in Sudan, and for other purposes. S. 2856. An act to limit the transfer of certain Commodity Credit Coporation funds between conservation programs for technical assistance for the programs. Under the authority of the order of the Senate of January 7, 2003, the enrolled bills and joint resolutions were previously signed by the President pro tempore on December 11, 2004.
