An act to amend part III of title 5, United States\n     Code, to provide for the establishment of programs under\n     which supplemental dental and vision benefits are made\n     available to Federal employees, retirees, and their\n     dependents, to expand the contracting\n\n[[Page S12096]]\n\n     authority of the Office of Personnel Management, and for\n     other purposes.\n       S. 2781. An act to express the sense of Congress regarding\n     the conflict in Darfur, Sudan, to provide assistance for the\n     crisis in Darfur and for comprehensive peace in Sudan, and\n     for other purposes.\n       S. 2856.
