KFB advocated for the FCC and USDA-RD to further invest in rural communities, not only within city limits but also in rural, unincorporated farm and ranch lands. KFB applied for and was granted a waiver in order to participate in the MF-II (Mobility Fund phase 2) which FCC is currently providing. KFB has been in communication with the FCC to ensure we fully understand the process in which the MF-II is operating. Kansas Farm Bureau has collected nearly 2,000 unique data points as part of our MF-II challenge and we will being validating some of these areas prior to submitting our challenge later this year. | Agriculture, Dept of (USDA),Army, Dept of (Corps of Engineers),Environmental Protection Agency (EPA),Federal Communications Commission (FCC),HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES,SENATE,Transportation, Dept of (DOT),U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS),U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) | 40000 | 0 | 0 | 2018-10-15T18:32:58.673000-04:00 |
