KFB advocated for the FCC and USDA-RD to further invest in rural communities, not only within city limits but also in rural, unincorporated farm and ranch lands. \n\nKFB applied for and was granted a waiver in order to participate in the MF-II (Mobility Fund phase 2) which FCC is currently providing. KFB has been in communication with the FCC to ensure we fully understand the process in which the MF-II is operating.
