Nickles, Don [R-OK] OK R N000102 4 Expresses the sense of the Senate that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) should make changes to the transportation and certificate regulations regarding the Voluntary Natural Gas Transportation Program so that: (1) natural gas transportation to residential, commercial and industrial gas consumers is resumed as soon as possible; and (2) the disincentives for natural gas pipelines to provide voluntary transportation of natural gas for others are removed.
