[D-MA] | MA | D | K000105 | 1 | Child Injury Prevention Amendments of 1986 - Amends the Consumer Product Safety Act to require the Consumer Product Safety Commission (Commission) to establish safety standards for cigarette lighters. Requires manufacturers of all-terrain vehicles to display specified warning labels on: (1) such vehicles; (2) the descriptive packaging of such vehicles; and (3) promotional material and advertising for such vehicles. Requires such manufacturers to submit to the Commission revised specifications for such vehicles. Directs the Commission to report to the Congress on all actions taken with regard to such vehicles. Amends the Federal Hazardous Substances Act to require the Commission to formulate a method for examining children's toys.
