Reserves specified amounts of funds for engineering research and standards for: (1) the Center for Building Technology; and (2) the Center for Fire Research. Prohibits funds for research support activities from being used for a Cold Neutron Research Facility. Authorizes appropriations for FY 1987 to the Secretary for: (1) the activities of the Office of Productivity, Technology and Innovation; and (2) the patent licensing activities of the National Technical Information Service. 2025-08-29T16:30:37Z
