Declares the Federal share of assistance to be 75 percent for the repair of damaged public facilities and debris removal on the condition that remaining costs are paid by a State or local government. Declares the Federal share of assistance to be 100 percent for: (1) unemployment assistance; (2) temporary housing assistance; and (3) crisis counseling assistance and training. Declares that no State shall be ruled ineligible for assistance under this Act by virtue of an arithmetic formula based on income or population if such State has qualified for Federal disaster assistance within the past 24 months. | 2025-01-14T17:12:38Z |
