Grants exclusive jurisdiction over misdemeanor offenses committed within the Reservation to the courts of the Community. Provides that such ordinances may not be considered Federal law. Applies provisions of existing Federal law protecting constitutional rights to the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community criminal ordinances, their enforcement, and the jurisdiction granted to the Community courts. Defines the jurisdiction of U.S. courts and Arizona State courts over misdemeanor offenses committed on the Reservation. 2025-06-20T19:33:16Z
