Denton, Jeremiah [R-AL] AL R D000259 0 Amends Federal provisions relating to the authority of the President to order members of the Selected Reserve to active duty other than during war or national emergency to increase from 90 to 180 days the period for which such members may be required to serve on such active duty. Increases from 100,000 to 250,000 the number of members who may be so ordered. Requires the President to notify the Congress if the President determines that the 180-day active duty limitation for such reserve members is insufficient because of national security reasons. 2025-01-14T17:07:58Z
