Specter, Arlen [R-PA] PA R S000709 1 Community Based Disease Prevention and Health Promotion Projects Act of 1985 - Amends title XVII (Health Information and Health Promotion) of the Public Health Service Act to direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to make grants to, and enter into contracts with, community based health care organizations to support disease prevention and health promotion projects. Provides that the amount of any grant or contract shall not exceed $75,000 in any fiscal year. Provides that the Federal share of any such project shall not exceed 67 percent.
