Declares that such interests (including mineral interests) shall be held in trust by the United States for the benefit of such tribes. Requires the Secretary to publish a description of such lands in the Federal Register. Sets forth a formula for the division of income derived from the mineral interests in such lands. Authorizes the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma to make decisions for all six tribes with respect to the mineral interests.
