Directs the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to prescribe ocean dumping permit fees such that they cover the costs of site selection, monitoring, enforcement, and environmental assessment. Prohibits the use of funds under such Act to finance ocean dumping.	2025-08-29T16:31:18Z
