Requires the Commission to include the Librarian of Congress. Requires the Commission to report to the President and the Congress within one year of its first meeting. Requires the Commission to make a final report within two years of such meeting. Terminates the Commission after it submits such report. Authorizes appropriations. 2025-01-16T12:12:20Z
