Exempts from such restriction government personnel, U.S. business people living in the Soviet Union, professional reporters, American Red Cross representatives, and persons whose trips to the Soviet Union are justified by compelling humanitarian consideration or by the U.S. national interest. Invalidates the passport of any individual who violates the restriction contained in this Act. 2024-02-07T11:38:03Z
