Requires all foreign vessels to have written certification that such vessel complies with all safety standards imposed by its country. Directs the Secretary to suspend a foreign vessel's fishing permit if the minimum safety and health standards imposed under this Act are not maintained. 2021-06-30T19:41:54Z
