Title II: Congressional Review - Requires: (1) such report to be referred to the appropriate House and Senate committees; and (2) each committee to hold hearings and issue a report. Title III: Temporary Stay of Deportation - Provides for a temporary stay of deportation for specified categories of Nicaraguan deportations. 2025-01-23T13:14:35Z
