[D-WI-2] WI D K000020 19 (Measure passed House, amended) Amends the patent laws and the National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958 to provide that any invention made, used, or sold in outer space on an aeronautical and space vehicle under the jurisdiction or control of the United States shall be considered made, used, or sold within the United States, except as provided for by an international agreement. Applies this provision to all patents granted before, on, or after the date of enactment of this Act, with certain exceptions. Excepts from the provision any process, machine, article of manufacture, or composition of matter, an embodiment of which was launched prior to the effective date of this Act. 2025-07-21T19:32:26Z
