Baucus, Max [D-MT] MT D B000243 0 Agricultural Producers Protection Act - Amends the Clayton Act to provide that no person shall be barred from commencing an antitrust action to recover damage resulting from any underpayment received on the sale of cattle, hogs, sheep, grains, or soybeans because such person did not sell such products directly to the defendant, provided that such person possessed the livestock or grain for at least 21 days prior to sale.
