Thurmond, Strom [R-SC] SC R T000254 4 Prohibits the United States Postal Service from: (1) purchasing, erecting, or installing any mail receptacle, mailbox, neighborhood delivery and collection box, or parcel locker for the purpose of providing such receptacle, box, or locker to any person; or (2) replacing any receptacle, box, or locker purchased, erected, or installed before the enactment of this Act. Permits the Postal Service to maintain existing receptacles, boxes, and lockers. 2025-01-14T19:03:55Z
