Permits producer crop acreage base adjustment. Requires program participation in order to receive price support assistance. Sets forth exceptions. Requires the Secretary to provide for a farm program yield for each crop based on the preceding five years. Sets forth related county committee recordkeeping responsibilities. Title II: Price-Support Levels for Program Crops - Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949 to provide: (1) that price supports for peanuts for which marketing quotas have been disapproved shall be 50 percent of parity; and (2) no supports for tobacco for which marketing quotas have been disapproved. 2025-08-29T17:39:55Z
