Requires that such program include fish habitat rehabilitation, hatchery modernization, and fish and wildlife monitoring in such program. Establishes the Trinity River Basin Fish and Wildlife Task Force to assist the Secretary in establishing such program. Authorizes appropriations for: (1) construction; and (2) fish and wildlife management. 2025-01-14T17:12:38Z
