Provides a duty for silicone resins and materials. Provides that the term "rubber" does not include silicones. Provides staged rate reductions for silicone resins and materials in 1986 and 1987. Deletes the rate of duty under column LDDC (Least developed developing countries) whenever the rate of duty in column 1 is reduced to the same level or lower than the rate of duty in column LDDC. 2024-02-07T16:32:33Z
