Empowers the corporation to provide for medical care as well as hospitalization and to engage in any lawful business incidental to or supportive of its business and affairs. Repeals the requirement of 15 members of the board of trustees, leaving the number of trustees, terms of office, and manner of election to be fixed by corporate by-laws.
