Defines "disqualified oligopolistic corporation" as any corporation which: (1) has more than $250,000,000 in gross receipts for the taxable year; and (2) derives more than $100,000,000 in gross receipts for such year from the sale of any product if such sales account for ten percent or more of the total market in any relevant market area. 2024-02-07T16:32:33Z
