Reduces from seven to five the membership of the District of Columbia Judicial Nomination Commission. Provides that the Mayor shall appoint one member to the Commission and one member shall be appointed by the District of Columbia Courts Joint Committee on Judicial Administration. Provides that the Mayor shall appoint one member to the Commission on Judicial Disabilities and Tenure and one member shall be appointed by the District of Columbia Courts Joint Committee on Judicial Administration.
