Authorizes appropriations out of the Highway Trust Fund, other than the Mass Transit Account, for FY 1985 through 1987 for such grants. Defines schoolbus for purposes of this Act, limiting such term to vehicles manufactured after the 90th day following the date of enactment. 2024-02-07T16:02:17Z
