Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to administer such segment. Directs the Secretary to include in any development or management plan for such segment: (1) provisions to disseminate information to river users; (2) regulations to protect the river from damage due to overuse; and (3) enforcement procedures. Authorizes appropriations. 2024-02-07T13:32:55Z
