Allocates 70 percent (40 percent family, 30 percent occupational) to preference aliens, and 30 percent to nonpreference aliens. Bases entry on chronological order of filing or qualifying. Terminates such additional entry program after four fiscal years. 2021-06-29T21:10:26Z
