Directs the Chief of Engineers to proceed with the planning, design, engineering, and construction of the following projects: (1) Atchafalaya Basin Floodway System, Louisiana; (2) Baltimore Harbor and Channel, Maryland and Virginia; (3) Bassett Creek, Minnesota; (4) Bodega Bay, California; (5) Bonneville Navigation Lock, Oregon and Washington; (6) Dade County, Florida; (7) Eight Mile Creek, Arkansas; (8) Ellicott Creek, New York; (9) Fisherman's Wharf Area, San Franciso Harbor, California; (10) Freeport Harbor, Texas; (11) Gallipolis Locks and Dam, Ohio and West Virginia; (12) Gulfport Harbor, Mississippi; (13) Jonesport Harbor, Maine; (14) Kahoma Stream, Hawaii; (15) Liberty State Park Levee and Seawall, New Jersey; (16) Little Dell Lake, Utah; (17) Locks and Dam 26, Illinois and Missouri (Second Lock), including environmental management along the Upper Mississippi River Basin; (18) Merced County Streams, California; (19) Mississippi River Ship Channel, Gulf to Baton Rouge, Louisiana; (20) Mobile Harbor, Alabama; (21) Moriches Inlet, New York; (22) Norfolk Harbor, Virginia; (23) Richmond Filtration Plant, Virginia; and (24) Sacramento River Deep Water Ship Channel, California. Provides that the funding for such projects may come out of the Inland Waterways Trust Fund. Makes an appropriations transfer to the Upper Colorado River Basin Fund, provided that $5,000,000 is expended by the Bureau of Reclamation for the design and construction of the Headgate Rock Hydroelectric project, Arizona. | 2025-01-14T18:18:18Z |
