98-hr-2325 98 hr 2325 A bill to amend chapter 81 of title 5, United States Code, to establish the rebuttable presumption that, in the case of any Federal firefighter, any injury in the form of heart trouble, pneumonia, or any hernia was proximately caused by the performance of such firefighter's duty.
