Exempts such aliens from certain visa fees. Provides that such aliens in the United States on a nonimmigrant visa, after enactment of this Act, may have their status adjusted to that of an immigrant, and that such status adjustment shall be made without regard to certain foreign residency requirements. 2021-06-29T20:28:35Z
