Requires such report to include: (1) an inventory of minerals contained; (2) a list of minerals and where they come from or are produced; (3) the location of reserves of each mineral necessary during a national emergency; and (4) an analysis of the consequences to the United States if the foreign supply of any strategic mineral were cut off. Authorizes appropriations. 2025-08-29T19:51:51Z
