(Currently, such regulations must be published in one or more daily newspapers of the District of Columbia.) Authorizes the Marshal and Police to: (1) protect persons and property in the Supreme Court Building and on building grounds and adjacent streets; (2) protect the Chief Justice, any Associate Justice, any official guest of the Court, and any officer or employee performing official duties anywhere in the United States; (3) make arrests for violations of State and Federal laws when carrying out such authority; and (4) carry firearms.
