Jacobs, Andrew, Jr. [D-IN-11] IN D J000033 8 Federal Support Payment Act - Grants State courts original jurisdiction over civil actions brought by a citizen of another State to order a citizen to make child support payments, if the court of such other State is authorized to make such an order. Permits the obligee of a child support order to register such order in the court of another State in which the obligor resides.
