[R-NC-10] NC R B000966 1 Amends the Motor Vehicle Information and Cost Savings Act to authorize the Administrator of the General Services Administration to issue an order requiring that up to ten percent of government gasoline-powered passenger motor vehicles be equipped with the Webster-Heise valve. Conditions such order upon a favorable determination by the Secretary of Transportation that such valve will increase fuel efficiency and decrease the volume of air pollutants emitted by government vehicles. Makes such order applicable to motor vehicles manufactured for model year 1984 and thereafter. 2025-01-15T18:51:50Z
