Requires the dismissal of any judge or justice if a majority of the panel determines that the judge's or justice's behavior is not good. Provides for the establishment of a panel to review the behavior of the Chief Justice. Permits any judge or justice whose behavior is reviewed to appeal a determination to the Supreme Court within 30 days of the determination. 2025-01-16T12:12:20Z
