[D-MD-7] MD D M000826 0 Amends the Small Business Act to provide that a business concern requesting procurement assistance under such Act shall be considered a small business if: (1) it has received such assistance within the last 18-month period; (2) it is dependent upon such assistance for at least 40 percent of work force; and (3) without such assistance it is likely to suffer serious financial loss and dismiss at least 40 percent of its work force.
