[R-PA-8] PA R C000845 0 Authorizes appropriations for each fiscal year after FY 1982, in an amount equal to the total amount of countervailing duties collected pursuant to specified provisions of the Trade Act of 1930 during the immediately preceding fiscal year, to carry out job training programs funded through the Department of Labor in States which had an average unemployment rate during such preceding fiscal year of nine and one-half percent or more. Provides that such appropriations shall be in addition to any other moneys available during that year for carrying out job training programs funded through the Department. 2025-07-21T19:44:15Z
