Limits the amount of excess foreign currency obligation which the Bureau may incur. Authorizes additional appropriations for: (1) National Technical Information Service activities; (2) the Office of Productivity, Technology, and Innovation; and (3) necessary salary adjustments. Directs the Secretary of Commerce to charge other agencies for services the Bureau perfoms at their request. Permits the waiver of such charge as specified. 2024-02-07T15:21:41Z
