96-sres-573 96 sres 573 A resolution to provide for the payment of severance pay to certain displaced Senate committee employees and to authorize payment for accumulated leave to certain terminated employees in offices of Senators who have ceased to serve as members of the Senate. Directs the committee chairman and ranking minority member of each committee to certify to the Committee on Rules and Administration the name of each such staff member by a specified date. Entitles any eligible employee of a Senator or the President pro tempore of the Senate whose service is terminated because of the termination of service of the Senator or President pro tempore to a lump sum payment for accumulated leave not exceeding 30 days. 2021-06-14T19:52:42Z
