Helms, Jesse [R-NC] NC R H000463 0 Grants to the Federal district courts jurisdiction (without regard to the amount in controversy or citizenship of the parties) of civil actions brought by parties to contracts or agreements which: (1) were executed before June 5, 1933, and remained in effect after the date of enactment; (2) provided for the payment of consideration in gold or its equivalent in United States currency; and (3) were declared to be unenforceable as against public policy under the joint resolution of June 5, 1933.
