Directs the Administrator: (1) not later than 90 days after each such report, to publish in the Federal Register proposed regulations for resolving claims for benefits based on service in the Armed Forces in the Republic of Vietnam during the Vietnam conflict; and (2) on the same day of such publication, to submit to the appropriate congressional committees any recommendations for legislative action pursuant to such guidelines. Requires the Administrator to publish the final regulations for resolving such claims not later than 90 days after completion of the public review and comment process. 2024-02-07T16:12:44Z
