Requires the Center to prepare an annual Drug Experience Assessment Report for the Secretary. Directs the Center to facilitate analysis of the consequences of State and Federal regulation of the manufacture, importation, exportation, and distribution of drug products, research activities and practices, and the practices of the pharmaceutical industry and health professionals respecting drug products.
