Provides that a rate of insured unemployment under the State law for a specified period which is equal to or in excess of 80 percent (rather than 120 percent) of such rate for a previous period will be a part of the State "on" indicator for weeks under such program after the enactment of this Act. 2024-02-07T16:32:33Z
