Includes museums, zoos, libraries, physical fitness centers, and private nonprofit historical facilities in the class of private nonprofit facilities which are eligible for assistance under such Act. Requires a historical facility, to be eligible for such disaster assistance, to be listed in the National Register of Historic Places on the date such facility was damaged or destroyed by the major disaster. Declares that any privately owned nonprofit library that was damaged or destroyed by Hurricane Agnes in 1972 in the State of Pennsylvania is eligible for assistance under the provisions of the Disaster Relief Act of 1970 as in effect at the time of such disaster. 2024-02-07T16:02:17Z
