Requires that personnel of the Department of Health and Human Services (formerly, the Department of Health, Education and Welfare) examine samples of commodities to be imported. Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to establish laboratories on the border between the United States and Mexico to determine if raw agricultural commodities imported from Mexico bear or contain such pesticides. 2024-02-05T14:30:09Z
