Amends the United States Housing Act of 1937 to direct the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to allocate a percentage of the total amount of rental assistance funds to low income families who reside in mobile homes as their principal places of residence in any area in which the number of such families exceeds five percent of the total number of lower income families residing in the area in any fiscal year. 2025-09-02T13:54:22Z
